Sustainable Action
We take pride in our innovation and ability to provide solutions for our customers. This is not exclusive to the quality of our products, but applies to the quality of our manufacturing methods as well. As the textile industry continues in this sustainability revolution, we will progressively search for ways to eliminate risks and find the areas where we could further reduce our carbon footprint. Besides educating ourselves on the areas that we could sustainably improve, we have been seeking out materials that can help eliminate excessive waste, reduce energy consumption and consume less raw material resources.
We currently produce a variety of Recycled-Content Pocketing sourced from recycled polyester yarns. In addition, most of our pocketing is now fiber dyed, reducing the wastage of water by as much as 80%. We also use eco-friendly materials and processes for producing our assortments of Hang Tags. Outside of manufacturing, we have worked to create solutions for reducing transportation and distribution pollution. By both sourcing 100% of our raw materials and completing the entirety of our production within one country, we eliminate any excess transportation. In addition, we combine all our separate products for each customer into consolidated cargo pods, thus reducing shipping size and further increasing capacity for more combined shipments.
